Every morning and evening, think of everything good that is in your life. Say it or write a journal. Make expressing gratitude your morning and evening ritual.
When you start and name all the good that already is in your life you will not know when to stop, believe me. You will see you need to add other notes to the list in the evening.
Do not forget to mention a smile of a stranger who was just passing by, the small café that is always open when you need a cup of your favourite espresso, a man who offered you his umbrella when it started to rain ….
