Vegan food has fantastic health benefits. A vegan diet is based on fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds. Vegan nutrition is well planned and balanced perfectly. Being vegan means eating delicious plant-based healthy raw and cooked meals. Vegans are healthy, slim, and look younger.
A well planned vegan diet is rich in all that the body needs to be healthy and fit. There is no cholesterol in vegan food and the level of saturated fats is very low. Vegans have a very low risk of cancer, heart conditions, diabetes, and other health issues, as a vegan diet is packed with phytochemicals, including antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Going vegan is necessary for improving and maintaining good health. When you remove animals and animal products from your diet, you remove all dis-eases from your mind and your body. A vegan diet is the best anti-aging treatment. It also lifts people’s vibrations. There are numerous books on how to go vegan and how to prepare vegan meals and plan daily nutrition well.
Consumption of meat contributes to many types of cancer, mainly cancer of the large intestine as the flesh cannot be digested properly by human intestines. Eating meat also gives rise to heart conditions, osteoporosis, asthma, kidney stones, gallstones, obesity, diabetes, acne, and other dis-eases, including dis-eases caused by viruses that meat can carry. Eating eggs can cause cancer and heart dis-eases due to the high amount of fat and cholesterol. Fish living in today’s polluted rivers, seas, and oceans are full of chemicals and are dangerous to eat. What’s more, they can carry toxic mercury.
Animals’ flesh contains hormones. If people eat meat they eat the hormones together with the stress of abused and slaughtered animals at the same time.
Everything we eat builds the cells of our body on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Our body is connected to our mind. What can produce the mind connected to a body that eats meat, and the mind of a body eating plant- based food?
We are what we eat.
Fish is also meat. Some people say: “I am vegetarian but I eat fish”. Vegetarians do not eat any animals. In some countries, such as India and Nepal, being vegetarian also means no consumption of eggs. Vegans do not eat any meat, dairy, eggs, and honey.
Consumption of dairy products causes allergies, cancer (mainly ovarian and prostate cancer), asthma, anaemia in infants, diabetes, acne, and other very unpleasant health issues.
We are humans. The only milk that is suitable for us is our mothers’ milk. We are neither cows nor goats. The human body cannot digest animals’ milk. Milk congests the human body and causes a lot of serious dis-eases. Studies show how dangerous is to drink cows’ milk because the milk is full of hormones and chemicals that are given to cows to keep them alive and more “productive”. Cows’ milk has a very high level of protein, lactose, and sodium, which is completely unsuitable for the human body. Milk also takes away calcium from our bones and what’s more, the milk is full of bacteria, fat, and cholesterol. It also carries pus from cows’ infected udders as exhausted cows are treated like machines for milk. It’s very unhealthy, I would say it’s dangerous and not ethical for both children and adults to drink milk from any animal.
Can you imagine what cheese made of animals’ milk carries? What’s more, cheese brie is sprayed by mould and the source of cheese rennet is an enzyme from the stomach of slaughtered newly-born calves.
There are numerous options for people who cannot imagine their life without milk and dairy products. Nutritious almond milk, soya milk, rice milk, coconut milk, and other plant- based milk and cheese are tasty, healthy, and do not involve any exploiting of a cow, a goat, or any other animal.
Go vegan if you want to be healthy and full of energy.
Go vegan if you love animals.
Go vegan if you love our planet.
